This beautiful hybrid is one of the nicest true peach colors available.The blooms are a blended mixture of yellow,orange and pink and hold their color as the flower matures.The flowers are nodding and stand heat and humidity well.The blooms are large but the plants stay a managable size.Our three stock plants grow happily in 5 gallon containers.A very beautiful plant.Light fragrance./td>

Wretched Mess |

This one is a splendid triple white.The flower is extra long with long tendrils and holds it's shape for several days.Light fragrance.Produces a huge number of flowers with each flush and has a new flush about every six weeks.The name started as a joke on the BGI forum.When the plant bloomed for the first time it was the ugliest double/triple I had ever seen.I posted a picture and called it 'Wretched Mess'The name stuck even after the plant changed to one of the showiest of all the doubles.There have been reports from some of those doing trials that WM gets some peach or pink color under the right weather conditions.Those reports came from cooler climates than ours.I have not seen color here. |
