Brugmansia are shipped "bare root"in damp moss.Starter plants are sometimes available and are shipped in 2 1/2" or 3 ½” pots.All plants are well rooted and vigorous plants. They are guaranteed to be true to species and variety and to arrive in good condition, ready to grow.Please unwrap the plants immediately on arrival and report any problems right away. Postage: All of our plant sales ,from the website,are mailed postage free. I mail plants using USPS Priority Mail.We take very great care in packaging to ensure your plants'safe arrival. All plants will be mailed the Monday or Tuesday after payment is received. So, for example, if payment is received on Monday or Tuesday, I will mail it out the following Monday or Tuesday, one week later. I may delay shipments for a week to particular areas of the country due to extreme heat, unseasonable cold, or other unforeseen circumstances, and you will be informed of any such delays. To sum up...we do our best to ship you a plant that we would be happy to receive.If you are dissatisfied with your shipment please let us know so that we can correct the problem. We are not open to the public.We do not have the proper insurance nor the staff to handle walk in customers.Please understand that this is not a "pretty"place with nice blooming plants in neat rows.It is piles of pots,piles of potting soil,piles of manure,machinery sitting around,and rows of cuttings growing to sell online.Our large plants are regularly chopped up for cuttings.Not a pretty sight.Thank you for understanding.Plants can be picked up at the Super Flea Flea Market,on highway 98,in Gulf Breeze,Florida on Saturdays during the spring growing season.We are usually there and set up by 8:30 AM.This is the market across from the zoo.Come by and say hello.We plan to be at the market the in 2007,beginning in late February and continuing through November . | ||||||||
